This Privacy Policy explains how PropInsights collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use this website. The PropInsights platform is under development, and this website currently exists to share information about it and to register interest in early access.

By submitting a form on this website, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree with them, please do not submit your details.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us. We do not ask you to create an account, and there is no password to set.

Information you provide

When you complete the early access or discussion request form, we collect the following:

• Name. Required, so we know who we are speaking to.
• Email address. Required, and used to respond to your request.
• Phone number. Optional in some forms and required in others, used to contact you about your enquiry.
• Organisation. Optional.
• Category. Optional. The description you select for yourself, for example home buyer, developer or family office.
• Message. Optional. Anything you choose to write about your requirement.

We also record which form you used and the date and time of your submission, so that we can respond in context.

Information we do not collect

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third party marketing pixels. We do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not track you across other websites. The only cookie this website sets is a session cookie used to keep authorised staff signed in to an internal administration area. It is not set for ordinary visitors.

We do not knowingly collect financial information, government identifiers, or documents through this website. Please do not send such material to us through the enquiry form.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your early access request or request for a discussion.
• Contact you about product updates, pilots and research relevant to your enquiry.
• Understand which types of users are interested in the platform, so we can build it well.
• Maintain internal records of enquiries received.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where your information is stored

Submissions are stored in a managed MongoDB Atlas database and are also delivered to our team by email. We use the following categories of service provider to operate this website:

• Cloud hosting. To serve this website.
• Database hosting. To store enquiry records.
• Email delivery. To send enquiry notifications to our team and one time passcodes to authorised staff.

These providers process data on our instructions in order to provide their service to us. Some of them may store or process data on servers located outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information continues to be protected to the standard described in this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain a record of the enquiry, and for as long as we have a legitimate business reason to do so. You can ask us to delete your details at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to retain them by law.

One time passcodes used for internal sign in are stored only as irreversible hashes and are automatically deleted shortly after they expire.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you give us. Traffic to this website is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised personnel, protected by one time passcodes sent to approved email addresses rather than shared passwords.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy of it.
• Correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
• Delete your personal information.
• Withdraw the consent you gave when submitting a form.
• Stop sending you updates about the platform.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at team@propinsights.co. We will respond within a reasonable period. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

Children

This website is intended for adults making or advising on real asset decisions. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

The platform is under active development, and this policy may change as our products and practices evolve. When we make a change, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Please review it from time to time.
